Are children allowed?
Absolutely! Just be sure to check the advertised film rating before purchasing tickets for your chosen event to ensure it is suitable. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
How do I get my ticket?
Tickets will be emailed to you after your purchase which you will need to show to our burly bouncers at the door. Feel free to print them at home or simply show us the e-ticket on your phone.
Can I bring my own seating?
Most of the time our tickets include seating, however this can vary from venue to venue, in particular at our outdoor events. Please read the information carefully to check if you need to bring your own.
Is there food and drink available?
One of our favourite things at TRC is the delicious snacks and drinks we offer. We can't watch a film without some freshly made popcorn and pick 'n' mix to nibble on! We offer light snacks and refreshments to purchase, however you are welcome to bring along your own if you prefer.

What if it rains at an outdoor event?
You can't beat the Great British weather and at The Roaming Cinema we host our events come rain or shine! Our state of the art screens can handle just about anything apart from extreme weather conditions.
Please be aware that we prefer no umbrellas during screenings as they can block other guests’ views so please check the weather in advance and come prepared!
In the unlikely event that we do have to cancel a screening we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be welcome to either transfer your tickets to another screening where possible or you will be eligible for a full refund (minus booking fee which is handled by our ticket company, Skiddle) if we cancel before the screening begins.
Is there wheelchair access?

Can I buy tickets on the door?
We do ask that all tickets are purchased in advance online. You can purchase tickets to all our events up to 1 hour before doors open.
Is onsite parking available?

Can I bring my dog?
We do allow registered assistance dogs to screenings, but no other dogs.
Are there toilet facilities?
Yes, all our venues have access to toilet facilities.

Private Hire FAQs
Did you know you can hire us for your own private cinema experience? Read on to find out more!
How does it work?
Our private hire experiences are available to hire overnight (both indoors and outdoors) and we'll talk you though everything when it's all set-up. You can hook up an iPad/iPhone or we can leave our Blu-Ray player for no extra charge for you to watch your own DVDs/Blu-Rays from if you prefer.
How much room do you need to set up at my house?
For our 100" Enchanted Garden screen, we need a flat surface of 3m x 3m to set up our screen, HD projector and for you to be able sit comfortably behind the projector with a great view!
For our 150" XL screen outdoors, we need a flat surface of around 4m x 5m.
Does it need to be dark?
If you have chosen to have your screen set up outdoors, it will be visible at the time of sunset. If you would prefer it set up indoors, then just close the curtains and get watching!
How much does it cost?
Our prices vary depending on which screen and add-ons you have gone for. Don't miss out on our delicious popcorn! Just let us know what you'd like and we would be more than happy to put together a no-obligation quote for you. We take a £50 deposit to secure your booking with the remaining to be paid 1 week before your hire date.
